Supporting two auto-switch 10/100Mbit Intel® Ethernet controllers and delivering Pentium® III processor speeds of up to 850MHz, the MAT 988 processor offers generous system performance for mission-critical Web acceleration and networking applications.
Integrated CompactFlash™ gives transparent application support for most operating systems whilst Adaptec® or SYMBIOS® SCSI is available; both offering the latest Ultra2 LVD SCSI.
With support for socket 370 Pentium® III and all Celeron™ processors, other features include AGP for 2D/3D acceleration and flat panel support, programmable software Watchdog, Ultra33 DMA EIDE and two serial, parallel, two USB, IrDA, keyboard and mouse ports are supported as standard. The MAT988 is supported by most PC compatible operating systems.
